Our products are made from Teflon treated 100% Cotton Canvas and Bovine Leather for the ultimate in quality, style and comfort.

We collect and process your personal information mainly to contact you for the purposes of understanding your requirements, and delivering services accordingly. For this purpose we will collect contact details including your name and organisation.

How we store your personal information:
Your information is securely stored. Shopify has teams that work tirelessly to protect your information, and to ensure the security and integrity of their platform. They also have independent auditors assess the security of their data storage and systems that process financial information. Shopify knows that no method of transmission over the Internet, and method of electronic storage, can be 100% secure. We keep your information for 36 months, after which we will dispose of it in accordance with the POPI Act (POPIA).
Your data protection rights:
- You are entitled to access your personal data by sending a written request to Johan Hendrik Georg van der Merwe, Director. We may charge you a fee for this service as set out in terms of Condition 8 of POPIA.
- You may also request Nemala by Army Ant Gear (Pty) Ltd to correct or supplement any of your personal data which Nemala by Army Ant Gear (Pty) Ltd will undertake as soon as practicable.
- Request the destruction of your personal data. Johan Hendrik Georg van der Merwe, Director, will consider your request in light of any other laws or regulations prohibiting Nemala by Army Ant Gear (Pty) Ltd from destroying your personal data.
You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
